Dividend
As a matter of general principle, we pursue a continuous dividend policy. Notwithstanding this, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Management Board and Supervisory Board had proposed to the Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2020 that no dividend will be paid for the 2019 financial year and that the net retained earnings will be carried forward in full.
For the financial year 2022, the company has paid a dividend of EUR 0.60 per no-par value share to the shareholders.
