With the introduction of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz - LkSG), the legislator has created a framework for responsible and sustainable supply chain management. OHB SE complies with the requirements of the LkSG and is committed to them as stated in the published policy statement.
To ensure compliance with the LkSG in our own business unit and in the supply chain, we have set up a whistleblower system. Complaints and information on human rights and environmental risks as well as violations of human rights or environmental obligations can be reported.
