Bremen, March 6, 2019. OHB System AG, a subsidiary of the space and technology group OHB SE, today signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with the Dutch space company Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands. The document was signed in Bremen by Andreas Lindenthal, Member of the Management Board of OHB System AG, and Arnaud de Jong, CEO of Airbus Defence and Space NL, in the presence of the Dutch royal couple Willem-Alexander and Máxima. "We have already worked very well with Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands in the area of Galileo solar generators," says Andreas Lindenthal.
Against this background, the companies also intend to collaborate on other programs and investigate the possibilities for collaboration in the areas of structure and thermal components.
