Governance

In the area of governance, we deal with the topic of corporate governance, including corporate culture, supplier relations and anti-corruption, as well as with the topic of information security.

Corporate governance

A value-based corporate and compliance culture forms the basis for the trust of our internal and external stakeholders. Responsible corporate governance is an essential part of our actions.

An overview of our approaches and measures in the area of corporate governance is provided in the chapter “Corporate Governance” in our Sustainability Report 2025 as well as the following statements:

Further information on our compliance principles can be found here.

Supply chain

Our strategic supplier management is based on the Supplier Code of Conduct and the General Terms and Conditions of Purchasing. Around 98 percent of our direct suppliers come from Europe.

We fall within the scope of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (German: LkSG) and are obliged to comply appropriately with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations in our supply chains. In our policy statement on the human rights strategy, we are committed to respecting human rights and protecting the environment. We have set up a risk management system, conduct an annual risk analysis and have established a whistleblower portal as a complaints procedure.

Information security

Processing sensitive data in security-critical applications makes us a potential target for cyberattacks. The ability to protect systems and data against cyber threats can reduce the risk of data loss or tampering.

Information security is established throughout the Group. OHB SE and almost all security- and business-critical Group companies are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Compliance with and continuous development of information security management systems is regularly verified by independent certification and monitoring audits.

Further information can be found in our Sustainability Report 2025 in the chapter “Information Security”.
