Marco Fuchs, born in 1962, has been Chairman of the Executive Board of OHB SE since 2000 and a member of the Supervisory Board of OHB System AG since 2024. He studied law in Berlin, Hamburg, and New York and was admitted to the bar as a lawyer and attorney-at-law. He subsequently worked as an attorney at the law firm Jones Day in New York and Frankfurt. He has served as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Italy in the State of Bremen since 2008 and as Vice President for Space at the German Aerospace Industries Association (BDLI) since 2017.

Dr. Arne Gausepohl joined OHB from Telefónica in mid-2020, where he began working in business development for the OHB DIGITAL division. At the same time, he assumed the role of Managing Director of OHB Digital Services and GOSA. At the beginning of 2024, he became Head of the DIGITAL Business Unit and has been a member of the Executive Committee of OHB SE ever since.

Dr. Juliane Göke has served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the OHB Group since March 2025. In this role, she is responsible for group-wide human resources management across national and international locations as well as subsidiaries of the OHB Group, with a focus on strategic HR direction and long-term organizational development.
She earned her doctorate from Witten/Herdecke University and completed a master’s degree at Sheffield Business School in the United Kingdom. Previously, she held senior HR positions at internationally active and regulated companies, including HENSOLDT/ESG GmbH, Rheinmetall AG, and Deutsche Bahn AG.

Sabine von der Recke, born in 1982, has been a member of the Executive Board of OHB System AG since 2021, where she is responsible for political relations, collaboration with space-related institutions, and internal and external communications. She has worked for OHB SE since 2014, initially as an executive board representative at the Berlin office, focusing on politics and government relations. Prior to that, she worked in the German Bundestag. Since 2023, she has served as Honorary Consul of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Bremen. In addition, she is active in various expert committees, including the DLR Senate, the Board of the ZARM Support Association, and the Luxembourg–Germany Business Club.

Oliver Salisch is Chief Participation and M&A Officer at OHB SE and Head of the Space International Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for OHB SE’s investment management, group-wide M&A activities, and international business in the Space Systems division. He is also Managing Director of OHB Venture Capital. He studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig and held management positions in the Controlling department at Robert Bosch GmbH from 2000 to 2006. He has been with OHB SE since 2006.

Ulrich Scheib, born in 1973, has been Chairman of the Executive Board of MT Aerospace AG and a member of the Executive Committee of OHB SE since April 2024. He joined the OHB Group in 2015 and, as Executive Board Member for Programs starting in 2020, was responsible for program management, sales, and future growth areas. He studied economics in Berlin and earned a Master’s degree in Management in Toulouse. Prior to that, he held international management positions, including roles at the Airbus Group. Before joining OHB, he served as Managing Director of RST Rostock and, from 2018 to 2020, as Managing Director of Rocket Factory Augsburg.

Dr. Kristina Wagner, born in 1981, has served as CTO and CDO of the OHB Group since February 1, 2024. She earned her Ph.D. in mathematics from RWTH Aachen University and the University of Melbourne. She began her professional career in technology and process consulting at Siemens AG. She subsequently held senior positions in research, pre-development, and global software development at the KUKA Group. She is a member of the Infineon Advisory Board for Humanoid Robotics and will assume a seat on the Supervisory Board of Fraport AG in May 2024.
