A significant moment for OHB System AG at the IAC: The space technology company was honored by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) with the “Excellence in Industry” Award in the “Large Companies” category. With this award, the IAF recognizes companies that set global standards with innovative space technologies. Chiara Pedersoli, CEO of OHB System AG, accepted the award in person at the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Sydney and emphasized the central role of the employees in her acceptance speech:
“Space exploration is a team effort, and of course our deepest gratitude goes to our employees. The dedication, passion, and hard work they put into every project are incredible, and without all of that, it wouldn’t be possible.”
In its statement, the IAF highlights in particular the successful introduction of innovative space technologies to the international market, as well as the outstanding achievements of OHB System AG in the industrial sector.
