Supplier Code of Conduct

To maintain the trust of our customers, investors, employees, and the entire space community, the ethical conduct of every individual associated with OHB and its subsidiaries is of the utmost importance. We believe that our relationship with our suppliers is a key part of our long-term business success. This relationship should be based on mutual trust and respect. Therefore, we expect all suppliers entering into a business relationship with OHB to adhere to the same ethical values and compliance standards by acting with the same fairness in all areas of their own business operations and by monitoring these principles within their own supply chain.

For this reason, OHB has developed a Code of Conduct for Suppliers that reflects the fundamental principles set forth in the OHB Code of Conduct and outlines the minimum standards OHB expects from its suppliers.
