Dr. Markus Moeller, born in 1973, has been a member of the Executive Board since July 1, 2023. Most recently, he served as Head of Group Sales Management at Thales, where he was responsible for business development. Prior to that, he held various positions in finance and controlling at Siemens, both in Germany and abroad. Among other things, Dr. Moeller was responsible for the merger of Siemens IT Solutions & Services and Atos Origin. Following the merger, he held various leadership positions at Atos.

Daniela Schmidt, born in 1982, has been a member of the Executive Board since January 1, 2022. She has been employed by OHB SE as Legal Counsel and In-House Counsel since 2014. Prior to that, Schmidt worked as an attorney at the law firms Jones and White & Case LLP in Frankfurt. She completed her law degree with a focus on labor and commercial law at the University of Göttingen. In January 2019, Ms. Schmidt was certified as a specialist in international commercial law by the Hanseatic Bar Association.

Dr. Tim Tecklenburg, born in 1979, has been a member of the Executive Board since September 1, 2025. Most recently, he served as CFO on the Executive Board of Aebi Schmidt Holding AG in Switzerland. Prior to that, he held senior positions at RUAG Space in Zurich and at Rheinmetall Defence Electronics in Bremen.
