With the enactment of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), the legislature has established the framework for responsible and sustainable value creation throughout the entire supply chain. As OHB SE, we comply with the requirements of the LkSG and commit to them in our publishedpolicy statement.
To ensure compliance with the LkSG within our own operations and throughout our supply chain, we have established a whistleblower system. This system allows for the reporting of complaints and concerns regarding human rights and environmental risks, as well as violations of human rights or environmental obligations.
