The OHB Group’s anti-discrimination policy is structured in accordance with European Commission Directives 2000/43/EC, 2000/78/EC, 2002/73/EC, and 2006/54/EC. Complaints that go beyond the scope of these directives are also handled in a confidential, transparent, and objective manner.
