Our whistleblower portal, We.Create.Integrity., provides all OHB Group employees and other affected individuals with an additional, confidential channel for reporting serious violations. This applies in particular to issues such as white-collar crime (e.g., corruption, theft, embezzlement, money laundering), human rights, discrimination, sexual harassment, and violations of antitrust law or data protection regulations. Employees can also use the portal to seek advice on these topics. We.Create.Integrity. is available in six different languages and enables a secure dialogue with the OHB Compliance Department—protected by special encryption—that is confidential and, if desired, anonymous.

If you have any concerns, we recommend that you first speak with trusted contacts in your immediate work environment, such as your supervisor, the local compliance officer, the equal opportunity officer, or the local employee representative.
