With its entry in the commercial register, OHB AG has adopted the legal form of a European company (Societas Europaea) and now operates under the name OHB SE.
The Special Negotiating Body (SNB), consisting of members of all employee representative bodies from Germany, Sweden, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, and France, as well as union representatives from IG Metall and OHB management, have unanimously reached a joint participation agreement tailored specifically to the OHB Group for future co-determination within the European organization.
