OHB SE has released the following preliminary figures for the first half of 2015:<\/p>\n\n
Total revenue: EUR 315 million, EBITDA: EUR 22.2 million, EBIT: EUR 16.3 million<\/p>\n\n
In the same period of the previous year (first half of 2014), the figures were as follows: total revenue of EUR 414 million, EBITDA of EUR 27.9 million, and EBIT of EUR 20.5 million.<\/p>\n\n
Fluctuations in project performance throughout the year affect overall performance and are an integral part of our business model. However, profitability remains largely stable; the EBIT margin stands at around 5%, as in the previous year, and is slightly higher than the prior-year level.<\/p>\n\n
When comparing these figures with the 2014 half-year financial statements, it should be noted that Aerotech Peissenberg GmbH & Co. KG (ATP) was still fully consolidated in those financial statements. Since May 2014, however, ATP has been included in the financial statements only as a minority interest. Adjusted for ATP, the following pro forma comparative figures result for the first half of 2014: total revenue of EUR 372 million, EBITDA of EUR 19.8 million, and EBIT of EUR 13.9 million. Compared to these figures, profitability ratios have improved.<\/p>\n\n
The full-year outlook published in February for the above-mentioned key figures has been confirmed by the Executive Board (total revenue >EUR 800 million, EBITDA >EUR 53 million, EBIT >EUR 40 million).<\/p>\n\n
