Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting was held virtually again this year, meaning shareholders did not attend in person. The virtual Annual General Meeting was streamed live on the internet.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shareholders will receive a dividend of EUR 0.48 per share for the past fiscal year, an increase of EUR 0.05 compared to the previous year. Shareholders approved a corresponding resolution proposed by the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board today. Under another agenda item, Dr. Hans-J\u00f6rg K\u00f6nigsmann was elected as an additional member of the Supervisory Board, and the amendment to the Articles of Association required in this context to expand the Supervisory Board was also approved. With his many years of experience as Vice President of the U.S. aerospace company SpaceX, Dr. K\u00f6nigsmann ideally complements the existing expertise of the board.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The other resolutions on the agenda were also approved by a large majority.
