Marco Fuchs, born in 1962, has been Chairman of the Executive Board of OHB SE since 2000 and a member of the Supervisory Board of OHB System AG since 2024. He studied law in Berlin, Hamburg, and New York and was admitted to the bar as a lawyer and attorney-at-law. He subsequently worked as an attorney at the law firm Jones Day in New York and Frankfurt. He has served as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Italy in the State of Bremen since 2008 and as Vice President for Space at the German Aerospace Industries Association (BDLI) since 2017.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Luis Alejandro Orellano has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of OHB SE since July 1, 2026. Prior to that, he served as COO at thyssenkrupp Marine Systems. He then served as Executive Vice President in charge of the Technology Systems division at Rohde & Schwarz. Prior to that, Dr. Orellano spent over 17 years at DaimlerChrysler and Bombardier in technical and operational leadership roles. He earned his degree in aerospace engineering from the Technical University of Munich. He received his Ph.D. in fluid mechanics from the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Markus Moeller, born in 1973, has been a member of the Executive Board since July 1, 2023. Most recently, he served as Head of Group Sales Management at Thales, where he was responsible for business development. Prior to that, he held various positions in finance and controlling at Siemens, both in Germany and abroad. Among other things, Dr. Moeller was responsible for the merger of Siemens IT Solutions & Services and Atos Origin. Following the merger, he held various leadership positions at Atos.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t

Daniela Schmidt, born in 1982, has been a member of the Executive Board since January 1, 2022. She has been employed by OHB SE as Legal Counsel and In-House Counsel since 2014. Prior to that, Schmidt worked as an attorney at the law firms Jones Day LLP and White & Case LLP in Frankfurt. She earned her law degree with a focus on labor and commercial law from the University of G\u00f6ttingen. In January 2019, Ms. Schmidt was certified as a specialist in international commercial law by the Hanseatic Bar Association.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t
